Annual Membership Meeting

Due to the public health emergency declaration in the state of Iowa, the annual membership meeting which had been declared for Thursday, March 19, 2020, is indefinitely postponed.  The board will re-schedule the membership meeting when the time is appropriate.

Access to the Regional Water Offices

To implement social distancing measures and protect the health of our employees, who are critical to public health during these uncertain times, certain procedures at Regional Water are changing. 

(1) As many employees are working from home, fewer may be able to take your phone calls; we ask that you try and use e-mail for non-emergency questions, as we do have employees monitoring that actively during all business hours.  Our best email is regionalwaterrwa@gmail.com.

(2) Access to the main area of the Regional Water Offices may be restricted; depending on who is on duty, you may find that the door access to the counter area is locked.  If you only need to drop off a payment, a drop box has always been available and a second one will be available in doors; if you need to ask questions, they can generally be conducted via intercom.  We encourage people to mail their payments or to enroll in auto-pay as much as possible.
